We’re looking for a new team member who will assist our clients in solving business problems at our Honolulu and Flagstaff offices. Tasks include analyzing their needs by identifying solutions (both technical and non-technical) & assisting the client in making good decisions. Deploying the selected solutions and perhaps training the client and/or their staff on its use. Maintaining & troubleshooting those solutions on an ongoing basis. Duties include both technical services, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and providing sales solutions.

Business background and understanding essential IT services. Self motivation and drive required. IT aptitude and knowledge of networks, Windows and MAC environments as well as good customer relation skills.
The positions are full and part-time, Some travel is required, candidate should have reliable transportation.
