If you find that you need to call Customer Service my advice is to call them first thing in the morning. Why?
- Eat that frog. If it’s a task you’re dreading it’s best to get it done first thing in the morning. That way it’s done and you can move on to more enjoyable tasks.
- Less likely to have a queue: First thing in the morning it’s less likely that you’ll spend 35 minutes listening to a recording telling you how important to them your call is.
- The customer service reps probably haven’t spend all day being yelled at so they’re likely to be in a better mood too – which can only help your cause.
