3 Reasons to Call Customer Service First Thing in the Morning


If you find that you need to call Customer Service my advice is to call them first thing in the morning. Why?

  1. Eat that frog. If it’s a task you’re dreading it’s best to get it done first thing in the morning. That way it’s done and you can move on to more enjoyable tasks.
  2. Less likely to have a queue: First thing in the morning it’s less likely that you’ll spend 35 minutes listening to a recording telling you how important to them your call is.
  3. The customer service reps probably haven’t spend all day being yelled at so they’re likely to be in a better mood too – which can only help your cause.

Give it a try next time you need to call customer service.
